The branding of this event venue was achieved by creating a unique logo for the brand, along with high-end banquet branding and social media graphics. This not only enhanced the image of the brand but also made it popular amongst its potential clientele.
JJ Tower by JJHK Realty is an embodiment of upscale living in Ratnagiri and provides 2, 3, & 4 BHK luxurious apartments in the high-profile location of Thiba Palace Road. This is a luxurious residence built especially for select individuals that provide beautiful views of the Arabian Sea along with numerous other amenities and excellent architecture.
The marketing communications created for the project revolved around the theme of upgrading aspirations through experiences that include luxurious apartments facing the sea, swimming pools on rooftops, modern-day amenities, increased security measures, and many other aspects of living that are considered luxury today.
In addition to creating the marketing communications strategy, we even helped design a luxury brochure and create social media visuals for the project.
Such a campaign allowed JJ Tower to become the standard for luxurious living in Ratnagiri.
